These terms and conditions govern your use of TryYourLuck.co.uk and participation in our prize competitions. By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of TryYourLuck.co.uk, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competitions.
Proof of age and identity may be required. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

All competitions include a multiple-choice skill question. This is a legal requirement to ensure competitions are skill-based and compliant with UK law. Entries with incorrect answers will not be included in the prize draw.
Each competition has a published closing date and time. We reserve the right to extend or shorten competitions with reasonable notice. No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
After the competition closes, winners are selected through a random draw of all valid entries. The draw is conducted using a verified random number generator.
Some competitions include instant win prizes. Instant win numbers are pre-assigned randomly before the competition launches. If your entry matches an instant win number, you win that prize immediately.
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw. Winners must respond within 28 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Prizes will be dispatched or arranged within 28 days of winner verification. Physical prizes are sent via tracked courier. Cash prizes are transferred via bank transfer. Where a cash alternative is offered, the winner must choose within 7 days of notification.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless a cash alternative is explicitly offered.

Site credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Site credit has no cash value and can only be used to purchase competition entries on TryYourLuck.co.uk.
In the event of a technical issue that prevents you from completing a purchase or receiving your entry numbers, we will investigate the matter. If we determine that a technical issue occurred on our side, we may, at our sole discretion, issue site credit to your account.
We will not issue cash refunds for technical issues. The only remedy available for technical issues is the potential issuance of site credit, which can be used for future competition entries.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend competitions in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, entrants will be notified. If a competition is cancelled before the closing date, we may, at our sole discretion, issue site credit to affected entrants. Cash refunds will not be issued.
